Had a good stay. Some nice updates to the room, although bathroom tub and shower were a bit dated. But everything was clean and that’s the most important. Great location and fair pricing. The air conditioner is fairly noisy, so I would suggest keeping the room extra cool and then just having the fan on at night. The fan can keep the room cool overnight. The fan isn’t quiet but acts well as a white noise machine.

A simple and inexpensive hotel option if you’re staying near Markham for the fantastic food options. Although the exterior may not look like much, the rooms are clean, the breakfast feels fresh and all the basic amenities are available. There is also a small swimming pool in lieu of a gym if that’s more your speed. The highlight is the location, it is right next to Costco if you want to load up on bottled water for your trip, and walkable distances to Tim Hortons and various other high quality cafes nearby. Short drive to tons of restaurants around the area as well. Service was good, check in was fast and smooth, parking lot has plenty of space. There are some downsides, the shower is tub based and clearly aging so prone to clogs. The walls are rather thin, you can hear your neighbors fairly easily whether they like it or not. No major complaints from us though, these are rather minor issues. For the price, you cannot ask for more.

Lots of free parking on site. Staff are cool n friendly. Breakfast is simply but good quality enough. It would be even better if there are some alternative hot dishes be provided. Cheers. Come n see.

Rooms were good and clean. A/c was a little bit noisy. Breakfast was fairly good, would be better with more fruits and some meat products. Breakfast area was not big enough. Parking lots were easy to park.

Great service and very clean and comfortable. Bagel bar breakfast was fresh and well maintained by the attendant who made sure everything was replenished and tidied. Front desk staff were both efficient and pleasant and I also enjoyed the pool area which was clean and quiet.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to accommodate our requests, including a room with a beautiful view. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—easily one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling—and the bathroom was luxurious with high-quality toiletries and a powerful rain shower. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, always replenishing towels and amenities without disturbing us. The hotel facilities were top-notch. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, both well-maintained and never overcrowded. Breakfast in the restaurant was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options for different dietary preferences. The on-site dining options for dinner were equally impressive, with attentive service and flavorful dishes. What truly set this hotel apart was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Every staff member we encountered, from concierge to housekeeping, greeted us with smiles and was ready to help with recommendations or any small request. Their thoughtful service made our trip feel special and stress-free. Overall, this was a flawless stay in a fantastic location with excellent value. Good location, very close to highway. The rooms are clean and they have very good service. Free breakfast! Met Nathan at the front desk, he is very nice and welcoming, gave us early check in. He was very helpful.

The beauty of this spot is it's simplicity. Nothing fancy but thoroughly practical, reasonable priced, clean and the breakfast is so much better than every similar hotel I've visited recently. Great job folks
